Since The Pirates started their 16 consecutive losing seasons back in 1993, 4 expansion teams,(Fla., Col., Az., T.B.), entered MLB. Not only have all 4 made the playoffs at least once, but all 4 have made it to The World Series, with Florida,(1997;2003), and Arizona,(2001), winning it all. Yet The Bucs can't be bothered to field a team to play .500+ baseball in that same timespan? What a joke.
